The Tireless Midfielder was started in the summer of 2011, with the original intention to be a one-man blog. Covering European football, as well as writing featured articles on both past and present times. Historically praised players detailing about their careers and how they went from strength-to-strength, as well as views of events in leagues with analysis and depth.

I myself am a fledgling journalist from west London, with aspirations to write about sports for a living, specifically football (hence the blog). Whilst it’s early doors I have also contributed to other websites in the past, here and there with pieces on French and Spanish football for example. I have a great deal of admiration for football across Europe, so that will be evident in the content that is written on this blog.
